The 2nd picture of our pots of chile pepper plants shows, in the 1st plastic pot, on the far left, last year's cascabellas we overwintered inside the house. Next, in the 2nd plastic pot, is a jalapeno plant which we bought at the nursery. Next, in the 3rd plastic pot, is another habanero plant bought at the nursery. The 4th and last of the larger plastic pots has a tomato plant we bought at the nursery, but it didn't do very well, it probably needed a bigger pot. We also had 3 smaller plastic pots, just at the upper right of this picture that had a cherry chile pepper plant which we bought at the nursery, a serrano chile pepper plant we grew from seed, and a fresno chile pepper plant we grew from seed.
We learned a lot about chile peppers and growing them from the book "The Pepper Garden" by Dave DeWitt and Paul W. Bosland.
